Mother of 3 boys?

I am quite sure this idea came from a mother of three boys. No more comparing sock size for me! Simply count the stripes. Ethan’s socks have three stripes, Isaac’s have two, and Lincoln’s have one. Such a wonderful idea!

Cool! I found that the girl’s Hanes socks were all the same but with different colored toes. That was awesome for me so I appreciate the stripe idea, too.
I saw a mom’s trick for her big family that this reminds me of. She would draw lines on the tags of the kid’s clothes. One line for the oldest, two for the youngest, and so on. It was a great system since, as the clothes got handed down, she would just add a line to the tags. Unfortunately, when I went to try that idea for our kids, I quickly realized how popular tagless shirts have become!
Brilliant! I’m ready to throw out all my boys socks and start over! I get mine mixed up with Will’s and can never find ANY matching ones for Ben!
Wish they did something like this for adults. I have loads of odd socks !!!.
