Yes, well I had the same question as Melissa. Reading the text as though Lynn had written it, I was pretty impressed!

I surely remember that Aquarius computer. Dad's father sent it to us from AZ. He had received it as a gift somehow and didn't want it. Greg Smoker helped Warren not only play with it but actually program it. We were all amazed that Warren would spend literally hours writing a code which produced a stick man walking across the screen!

Warren, you're becoming quite the cake decorator. I can't wait to see what your next creation is!

Yeah, well, I don't think I have ever heard Lynn use the phrase, "Decimally oriented" ;-)

Yes, Melissa. Warren wrote it. Warren knew you'd notice even though it's written in the third person. You might be thinking Warren's vain, and he did feel kinda weird writing it in the third person, but the rest of the blog is written from Lynn's perspective. So Warren couldn't very well say "I" or people would be all confused.

Love, Warren

P.S. My original Aquarius died way back in the late 80s. The one in the pictures is one I found on ebay some time ago that I got for nostalgia. It used to work, but when I tried to get it working for the birthday to give everyone the opportunity to type in hundreds of lines of code perfectly, it didn't work anymore either.

That reads as if Warren wrote it--did he?

Anyway, I thought I would comment on the cake. It only reminds me of the original Aquarius if each party guest was required to type 198+ lines of program (perfectly)in order to eat a piece!

Hope your 10000th birthday was as good as the 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000th will be!
