Only after a big, steady downpour does it collect water. In fact, about 30 minutes after I took this picture the water had soaked into the grass. It's usually dry enough mow. I think it would make me nervous. It is pretty, though! :-) In looking for land, I am hoping to find some with a creek. We've seen some with ponds but, like I said, they make me nervous.
