Very aware of girls…
Lately, everywhere we go to play Ethan and Isaac team up together and sneak up on girls. At first the girls have no idea they are the center of our boys attention. They come up with intricate plans to sneak without being spotted or looking suspicious. I have to admit it’s quite amusing. Sometimes they split up if they have to, but it seems they try to stick together. This goes on for a while and keeps them pretty entertained. But, eventually it gets old and they start to purposly “get caught.” A few minutes later the girls are aware of what is going on. Then the inevitable happens, a classic game of cat and mouse breaks out.
We might have our hands full with these two boys in about 10 years! Oh, the joys of childhood…
My friend and I were just musing the other day that Hannah and her daughter Rachel are still just young enough to like to be in all-girl classes. But soooo close to that point where they are likely to change their minds about that! It goes by fast! You have a little longer with boys, usually. :-)
