Memorial Day Parade

Our family in red, white, and blue.

Mommy and the gang.

Are you okay, Ethan? Looks a little painful.

This was Ethan’s favorite part. He loved the military vehicles!

Lincoln clapping. He enjoyed this parade! He also got very excited when the band walked by.

The candy stashes! (Another highlight for sure!)

Daddy gave Lincoln some candy and made his day even more special.

Ethan thought these tootsie-rolls where so cool!

My last-minute patriotic dessert.
Looks like fun! I love how you made the brownies special, too!
Ah! This brings back a lot of memories about going to parades when our children were young. Being from a pretty small town, the parades weren’t too professional, but that made them all the more charming! And just as long as there were the military tanks, fire trucks and clowns, nobody seemed to notice that it wasn’t the Macy’s Parade!
You all look so festive in your red, white and blue. I’m surprised the local newspaper didn’t put your family’s picture on Page one!
Fun!! I will have to try and remember to take the kids to our fourth of july parade here in Lenoir city. They always have so much fun and parking isn’t hard and, of course, there is the candy!!
