Yes, Lincoln loves to climb the steps! He gets so excited and squeals again and again with delight. He looks over his shoulder several times and when he sees me he laughs and tries to climb faster. I let him do it a few times a day. Like you said Melissa, practice makes perfect.

I don’t blame you for the gate! That landing is a hard one! I always made an extra point of placing the kids on the steps as soon as they showed interest. I always figure, practice makes perfect! You probably do that too. Then, I closed the door at the top of the stairs when I wasn’t ready to watch them.

It’s funny how long he’s been crawling and traveling and has waited till now to be interested. Poor guy! as soon as he found this super-fun playground; someone went and put up a gate!
