I gained a lot of weight getting my calcium from ice cream while I was expecting Hannah…well 35 pounds or so, not more than they say is healthy. thing is, it turns out that it is much harder to loose junk food weight than healthy food weight. I didn’t do quite as much of that the next two times! (Not that I completely abastained, mind you.)

…and so is ice cream so eat a lot of that too. :) Milk is good for the bones, and sugar is good for the soul.
